JJ's villa (named after the owners Jean & Joe) is located on the south coast of Grenada in a new peninsula development called Egmont, which is the best residential area in the island.

JJ's Villa benefits from being tucked away from the main hustle and bustle, just a 20min drive from the airport.

This is an intimate, waterfront villa featuring luxurious self-contained accommodation.

We are a stone's throw from one of Grenada's best Marinas: Le Phare Bleu.

The beach is very easy to access as there are no uphill hikes, just stroll down to the beach at Le Phare Bleu. The swimming pool is located at the upper level, set in the lush colourful and green gardens.

Accommodation

JJ's villa comprises a very large and spacious 2 bedroom villa, which can sleep up to 6 guests and a large living area with patio doors opening onto a large terrace. You can sit back here and enjoy the view of the ocean with the cooling trade winds blowing through your hair.

JJ's villa is furnished to a high standard incorporating a spacious well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and tea & coffee making facilities. JJ's also offers cable television, air conditioning in both bedrooms, ceiling fans, hairdryer, shower & beach towels and linen - these are just some of the items you will find in your villa.

The villa is reached by means of a wide bridge with pedestrian walkway across Egmont Bay. The bridge stands above the water beyond the reach of normal seas, is well lit at night and provides long views down the Bay.
