La Heliconia offers accommodation in 9 well-equipped, self-contained apartments with a choice of 4 different layouts. Six of our apartments have private, ocean-view verandas and patios to capture the sun and cool tropical sea breezes.
All apartments have plug-in internet access included. We are close to Prickly Bay and the other south coast marinas. We offer long-term rates to students at St. George's University.
Accommodation Choices
Standard one-bedroom apartment.
Our standard one bedroom apartments are ideally suited for visitors who need simple accommodation. They are attractively furnished with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, laundry facilities and internet. These rooms can be inter-connected to adjoining apartments if required for larger family groups. Maximum 2 persons in existing double bed in the 'Standard' apartments or 4 persons in two double beds in the same room in the 'Standard Double' apartments.
Deluxe one-bedroom apartments
Our 1 bedroom deluxe apartments come attractively furnished. They have a full kitchen range, dining area, and private balcony with a great view of the ocean and kept comfortable by the cool tropical breeze. Amenities include cable TV, telephone, internet, laundry room and air-conditioning. Maximum 2 persons per room in existing beds or 3 with additional bed.
Luxury roof-top apartments
Our 1 bedroom roof-top suites come with a four poster bed and are attractively furnished with a Caribbean flair. These rooms have a private patio area to capture the cool tropical sea breezes and direct access to the roof sun lounge with a great view of the ocean. There is a separate living area with a sofa bed to sleep an extra person. Maximum 4 persons in bedroom and sofa bed in the living area.
They are equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and all the amenities such as air-conditioning, TV, telephone, internet, room service and dining table.
Studio apartments
Our one bedroom studio apartments are attractively furnished with a Caribbean flair. They are equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and all amenities including cable TV, air-conditioning, telephone, internet, tables and chairs. These rooms also have direct access to the roof sun lounge and a great view of the ocean. Maximum 2 persons or 3 with extra bed.
